I have a problem. A friend of mine teaches a high school Pascal class in a new high school. They gave her 16 new IBM model 30s each with a 20mb hd and 1.44 MB 3.5 drive. The Computers are paired on tables an are connected to a single printer. The computers controll over the printer is determined by a swich. Well, for now she only has two of the 'flop' boxes so she has been swiching the plugs for now. My question is, is there an easier way? I have gotten alot of software that looks like it might work but don't have alot of time to get this fixed up either. So can anyone suggest a way of maybe having the computers share the printer and using like lpr and lpq (I have these files from the comp.binaries.ibm.pc) and make it easier as maybe eavenb cheaper???
