I've uploaded: the following file to SIMTEL20:

<msdos.kermit>
WINKER4.ARC Version 4 of Kermit for MS-WINDOWS

This is both a very nice program and a very limited one. I assume it
is still under construction because there is a limit to what it can do
compared to the regular MSDOS version of Kermit. It has only two
terminal emulations, ansi and Heath/Zenith 19. I guess it's possible
to use the ansi emulation for a vt100. The H19 emulation is usless
for me since both of the mainframes I use don't support it. It does
allow you to cut screens and place them into the WINDOWS clipboard for
pasting into other applications but you can only clip a full screen,
not a portion of a screen and not a single multiple screen clip. To
do multiple screens you have to make multiple clips.

It supports screen fonts and comes with a few including the standard
H19 screen font.

WINKER default window is 1/2 of your screen. You can make he window
smaller or larger but if you make it larger, the text will still
scroll across the same 1/2 of your screen and the rest of the window
will remain empty.

It's still a very interesting program to look at and a lot more usable
than the other PD windows comm programs I've looked at.
