[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] Question regarding Sedt

DLV101@PSUVM.BITNET (Dwaine L. VanBibber) (09/21/89)

I am using Sedt, version 3.2 and I absolutely love it. It puts many
non-shareware editors to shame. I'd like to know if there's a more recent
version available. I think the one I'm using is dated. Thanks. -Dwaine

Yes there is a newer version. Sedt 4.0 was just released a few months ago.
I am not sure if it is at simtel yet, but I got it from a local BBS. This
version is NOT public domain. Past versions have been. The author has
decided to go the shareware route this time around. This version does have
a few enhancements, but I don't know if they warrent changing versions and
paying a few for these changes.

I'd be willing to upload to Simtel20 this new version if Keith or someone
would be willing to tell me how. It is a pretty big arc file.
