TOADUU19.ARC Fast Unix-compat. uuencode/uudecode w/ASM src
TOADUU19 replaces earlier versions of Toad Hall UUE.COM and UUD.COM.
These versions still are Unix-compatible' handle DOS-style CR/LF or
Unix-style LF line endings; strip file headers and tailers; handle
truncated lines, etc. I fixed a bug where 1 or 2 null bytes were
added to end-of-file (depending on file size being a MOD 3 or not).
Also slightly tightened up the code. Full notes in source, doc.
