Hi,
   Is there any program like the command "man" in UNIX for reading
on-line manual page of DOS? Thanks for any information on this.

HELPSB.ARC       VMS-Style help for DOS commands for versions 3.x, 4.x
                 and OS/2.

I thinks the above file is what you are looking for.  It gives very detailed
help and plenty of examples for most commands.
