I have uploaded the following file to SIMTEL20:

<msdos.filutl>
XLAT101.ARC     Fast configurable byte-to-byte translation

The Xlat 1.01 package is for byte-to-byte translation of files.
It does not purport to be highly original, as far as the idea is
concerned; however, it is fast, it is small (one cluster on a hard
disk for each type of translation, including the inverse mapping), and
it is configurable in a full-screen fashion or from independently
produced translation tables. It comes with 5 sample files,
documentation, and complete sources. And it's free.

This version fixes a bug in the previously-announced XLAT10. It also
has added functionality.
