[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] .pxl files for DVIEW of PCTeX .dvi files

   I am looking for .pxl files to use with the program DVIEW written
by Steve Ward.  In the DVIEW.DOC file a reference is made to a place
hx:/archive/pxl where these files can be located.  Does anyone know where
hx:/archive/pxl is and/or have a an ftp address where I can get .pxl files?
