There was a series of 9 files posted to comp.binaries.ibm.pc. If you have
anonymous FTP access to simtel20, they are in one file in PD1:<msdos.sysutl>
helpsb.arc. They were released to simtel20 on 22 Sept.

If you can't get the 9 files, or access simtel20, let me know and I will 
send them directly to you.

I didn't receive parts 1 and 2 either.  Looks like another glitch in the net
