[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] The elusive NROFF

LC.YRS@forsythe.stanford.edu (Richard Stanton) (11/16/89)

I am trying to find something called NROFF or TROFF or DITROFF
to run on a PC compatible. I'd be grateful if somebody could point
me in the right direction (I can FTP files etc - I just need
to know where they).

Thanks.

Re: nroff for the PC

Look in the comp.sources.atari.st notesgroup for a very recent posting of
an 'nroff' program, complete with -man macros.

It's not really specific to the atari.st world; a few minutes work under
MSDOS and it was running just fine.

Did anyone reply to this? Some of my news got garbled.

Jon Mulberg, Go placidly amidst the
Warwick University noise and haste ...
