[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] D. G. Kneller -- Where are you?

tlov@ohs.UUCP (Timothy Loveridge) (11/29/89)

Don,
I have been trying to compile NETHACK 3.0 with NDMAKE 4.3. It works
fine upto a point, then out of the blue it says: Out of memory. Stop. It
should have plenty of memory, I have 640 K of RAM and still have 54 K left
during the compiles most of the time. Even when I compile all of the
files seperately, it says Out of Memory. I have been trying to get a hold of
you by using the addresses I got out of the .doc files from NDMake 4.3 for
some time, but they are all bad. (Except maybe the snail mail address, I
haven't tried that one yet.) I have also actively been trying to get
NDMAKE 4.5 for nearly a month now with no success. If it is possible I
would like to get a copy of the newest release of NDMAKE to see if the
memory problem still occurs. Any help in this endeavor would be appreciated.
