It is a trivially easy one. The four presidents who are not buried in the continental U. S. are: Richard M. Nixon Gerald R. Ford Jimmy Carter Ronald W. Reagan The reason why should be obvious.

In response to the question about which 4 presidents are not
buried in the continental US, this probably is not what you
are looking for, but it is correct. They are: Ronald Reagan,
Jimmy Carter, Gerald Ford and Richard Nixon.
