At long last, the answers to that last set of questions...

GEOGRAPHY
What do Istanbul , Constantinople and Byzantium have in common?
They are all the same place (everybody that mailed me got this one).
ENTERTAINMENT
Aside from the fact that they both have done funny things in their
time, what do Graham Chapman and Jonathan Miller have in common?
floyd!trb sort of got this - they're both medical doctors (though
neither is a practicing physician; Chapman was the comapny doctor
when they were on location shooting Life of Brian)
HISTORY
What was odd about George Washington's teeth?
Some surprises here - I just thought they were wood. brunix!mam says
that they were actually porcelain and floyd!trb says he had several
sets made of stuff like wood and ivory. But fortune!grw not only says
there were wood ones and ivory ones, but asks what type of wood was
used. Damned if I know - could you post the answer, Glenn?
SCIENCE & NATURE
The spiny anteater and the duck-billed platypus are unique among
	mammals. Why?
Everyone knew that they both lay eggs, but grw also mentioned their
classification: they are the sole members of the family of monotremes.
And trb added that they are both UG-LEE. I hadn't thought of that...
ARTS & LITERATURE
What were the pseudonyms of Charlotte, Emily and Anne Bronte? While
we're at it, what was each person's most well-known book?
Now I know people's weak area - no-one knew this. Charlotte's big hit
was Jane Eyre, and Emily's was Wuthering Heights. Which book is Anne's
most popular one is probably a toss-up between Agnes Grey and The
Tenant of Wildfell Hall. Since they figured that people woudn't
read their stuff if it was known they were female, they used the
pseudonyms Carter, Ellis and Acton Bell. I'll leave it to you to
	guess who was who.
SPORTS & LEISURE
Who won the Stanley Cup in 1907? (Residents of Northern Ontario
	please take note...)
floyd!trb suggested the New York Islanders. I like it, but...
The 1907 Stanley Cup was won by the (drum roll) Kenora Thistles!
Congrats to anyone outside of Ontario or Minnesota who knows where
	Kenora is.

Now for another set...

GEOGRAPHY
What body of water does the east end of the Panama Canal open onto?
ENTERTAINMENT
Who are Frances Gumm, Archie Leach, Rosetta Jacobs, Bernie Schwartz,
	Joe Levitch and James Stewart?
HISTORY
(special Canadian-American relations question) Of all the pointless
massacres which have occurred since men first decided that killing
each other was the best way to work out their problems, the Battle
of New Orleans was a particularly ironic one. Why? (no, it's not
	because of Johnny Horton...)
SCIENCE & NATURE
	Do whales have hair?
ARTS & LITERATURE
The play "I Am A Camera" by Christopher Isherwood was made into what
	smash Broadway production and movie?
SPORTS & LEISURE
What was the first horse to win the Triple Crown, and when? What races
	comprise the Triple Crown?
