Can anyone please mail me a binary file which can convert between the various
outputs from IBM PC graphic tools, esp GIF > TIF format, and PC Paint (.PIC)

I use vpic for my conversions... Available on simtel20 as VPIC23.ARC in PD1:<MSDOS.GIF> directory. I don't remember if it handles TIFF but I use it for GIF/PCX/CUT/PIC files regularly.
