[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] C2DBASE1.ARC - Information required!

I picked up a copy of the C2DBASE1.ARC package from the Trickle server
at NDSU.  Its a package of C routines which allows easy access to
dBase file structures.

The documentation file is dated 11/28/85.  I'm wondering if anyone knows
of a newer version that exists somewhere.

Also, would anyone have the phone number for COMPUSCAN of Mass., who
puts this thing out?  Any information that anyone has (or information on
other packages that allow you to work with dBase files from C) would be
very much appreciated - please reply by mail if possible.
