I'm trying to get 4DOS working comfortably with the rest of my system,
and I'm having problems with two situations that may have a related
solution: when I'm using Kermit, I'm unable to push out to the shell
-- I get the "Unable to execute Program" error.
When I'm using anything else, and try to hotkey into PCTOOLS-DESKTOP,
I get no response. but _after_ this attempt fails, and I try another
program, (I noticed it first when running park after Ctrl-space failed
to bring up Desktop), Desktop starts, and after I exit from it, Park
runs! Is there a solution to either or both of these situations?
