Hi all, I was rummaging through some old disk areas and I found a file that I had downloaded eons (aprox. 2 years) ago. It has a .LBR extension. My question is: What is this thing? It doesn't seem to xarc and I'm not sure what to do with it (short of the ol' DEL command). This file must have been interesting to me once (else why download?) so I'd like to figure out what it is.
