Erich, it appears that PC Magazine never released a VOL7N04.ARC. I
haven't found it on any BBS and I've looked at some very large BBS
file lists and it's missing there too.
SIMTEL20 does have the Power Programmer files from that issue.
Perhaps those were the only files released that month. Does anyone
have that issue of the magazine? Maybe it was a special issue.
