ENOUGH! Thanks to all who answered my urgent request for uudecode/uuencode. Your response was terrific -- fast, helpful and plentiful. As we speak my mailbox continues to beep with messages on this. Thanks again. If anyone was wondering why I just didn't sign on to SIMTEL and browse till I found what I needed I am cursed with either a bad modem or bad phone lines because whenever I connect from home the connection only lasts for about 5 minutes before the garbage man arrives. (The connection between here and work, not between work and SIMTEL). Strange that no such problem arises when I connect anywhere else. At work they tell me 'no one else has complained'. Perhaps someone can suggest a group where I can get some help on this. Special thanks to Keith for his prompt help on this and for all else he's done in managing SIMTEL. SIMTEL is a fantastic national resource that has easily saved my particular program $1000's by making available many tools that allow my software person to save days in development time. (It costs my project approx $400/day to pay this person). And I am sure this savings is due in no small part to Keith's excellent stewardship of SIMTEL. I know I am preaching to the choir but perhaps one of the budget cutters may also be listening. It looks to me like a classic case of 'penney wise, pound foolish'. Thanks for everything, Keith. Mark The Navy says I do not speak for them. Thank God.
