[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] How to create Lotus .PIC files?

	Can anyone tell me how to create a Lotus .PIC metafile,
        from a custom program (in C, Pascal, or Basic).  I
        imagine a set of custom graphics primatives are
        required.
