Mon 9-Jul-90: Released update /pc/ts/tsfcom23.arc of the file manipulation package. This package is a collection of older programs which originate from my earlier VAX/VMS and Sinclair QL programs. I have made the user interface optionally more PC like, and included input line-editing and recall in most of these programs. The documentation also includes some personal reflections.
