Sorry I never saw the original Addams Family trivia questions.
But I can supply the names of the remaining two actors.
Pugsley was played by Ken Weatherwax (son of Rudd Weatherwax, the animal
trainer).
Cousin Itt was played by Felix Silla (who most lately played one of the
Ewoks in ROTJ).

Lisa (Wednesday) Loring is now (or at least was last year when Playboy did a spread) on one of the soaps. Her character is named 'Cricket.' (Alas, will she ever play a character who has a mainstream name?) It could be 'As the World Turns,' and I could be wrong.
