There's a problem with "startkit" that was posted on c.b.i.p. on 7/25/90.
I received two identical postings of "Starter's Kit V1.4 (part 01/01)":

Neither one seems to be complete. Usually, the "uuencoded" file will end
with a line that contains a single word "end". Neither file has that.
Did anyone receive a complete file? It should be obvious. Maybe you can
re-post it, Bill.
