There is a possibility that postings may stop for a day or so during
the month of August. sixhub runs in a building with no air conditioning,
and is having some temperature related disk problems. I have done all I
can, but it may be necessary to shut down, reformat, and reload all the
disks.
Hopefully reliable operation will resume when the temperature returns
to something normal. The drive have been replace several times, several
controllers have been used, and there are multiple fans in and out of
the box. However, they are not mil spec parts, and the temperatire has
been quite high in the machine room. It has been 40C (105F) several
times during the past few weeks.
