Hi,
I'm having a problem in executing Fractint14. When I start it in a VGA
mode all text appears only in the top-left corner of the screen, slowly one
character at a time. The program continues to display characters, but the
keyboard seems to be locked and the machine has to be reset. If I start the
program in Hercules mode the text screens appear ok but when changing to a
different mode to display graphics the machine hangs.
Fractint12 worked perfectly but I haven't tried Fractint13. So has
something changed between the two versions which makes the program more
sensitive to the graphics card being used? I haven't tried examining the
source code to see what's changed. Can anyone help me?
