[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] Postscript Anyone?

len@lsicom2.UU.NET (Len Rose) (09/13/90)

Is there software available that will let one print Postscript files
on a normal graphics printer? Both public domain and commercial programs.

Thanks..

Look for something called GhostScript. I've seen GhostScript Plus
at Egghead Software and it was between $200 and $300.

You must be talking about GoScript. Ghostscript is GNU software.

I've been looking for the same solution and my research turned up that
Freedom of Press is one of the more accurate PostScript emulators
around. I haven't worked with it myself yet. (Still gotta produce
funds for the laser printer). Hope this helps...
