19. ***** Q: I sent a mail server request to chyde.uwasa.fi but I get no response at all. And I am sure that I did everything as instructed. A: In that case your, or your system's, email address is probably badly configured. Please contact your own system manager. DON'T!!! send a repeat request until your email address problem has been resolved!!! What happens is this. We get your request, but when chyde tries to honor your request to send you the file(s) by email, the email bounces back to us because of the problems in your email address. If you send repeat requests, it will just clog our post-master with your bounced requests. ...................................................................
