This is true.  In fact I have seriously been considering deleteting
the few packages from uwasa.fi which do not have a documentation. 
And this is one reason why we require that if someone submits a
program for inclusion in the archives, it must include a proper
documentation (in English, except for very rare exceptions). 

If you notice any commercial program on the archives, we would be
very grateful if the users notified us immediately.  We try to be
careful, but considering the volume, slips are possible.  Also if
you are kindly going to upload, first make very sure that the
material is freeware, public domain or shareware (and of at least of
a fair quality). 

Also, if you know of a more recent version of a package than what we
have, we would appreciate at least the information.  Users please
make maintaining archives a TWO-way effort.  It is in your own
interest!
