[net.games.trivia] Answers to More State Trivia

I have received many responses to my questions and am ready to bear
the truth:
 
1.  Two states border on eight other states: Missouri and Tennessee!
    Some people correctly identified one and a few picked both out.

2.  This must have been a toughie!  No one got it!  The state which
    has the 2nd highest percentage of water border is....New Jersey!
    For you non-believers, a quick glance at a map will show the
    Atlantic ocean and the Hudson river as eastern borders, the
    Delaware river and bay as the southern and western borders and
    some land as the northern (and smallest) border.
