Hello everybody!
I am looking for a program to transfer data between two PC's, using the
serial ports. One end of the program is to run on a small, portable PC, and
will be stored permanently there. As the available disk space on this PC is
VERY limited, it is essential, that the program is SMALL! Neither speed nor
"smart features" matters, only SIZE. The size of the program on the
stationary PC doesn't matter. The program should be able to handle both up
and downloading of text and binary data.
To complicate matters further, the computer is an Atari Portfolio. This
beast runs a special operative system, akin to MS/DOS 2.11, but with a few
3.1 features thrown in.
The program is needed for a friend of a friend, and I really don't
know more than I've written here. I hope it is sufficient.
