I tried to respond to someone named something-bang-fordke@uunet.uu.net, and the mail bounced, so if that person is still reading, email me again and I'll try to get a copy of the Autoftp script sent to you. Sporadically a thread arises about delays in anon ftp connections, and I'm always tempted to post a reminder about Autoftp, which has been a life-saver for me (thanks Keith!). I know Professor Salmi, Russ Nelson, and Keith Petersen (among others) have "canned" responses to some of the Frequently Asked Questions in this newsgroup. Should there be one that "advertises" things like the Autoftp script written by Mingqi Deng? I usually offer to mail a copy since I don't know where else that script resides.
