Correct, it is enough that Bill (and others with the same problem)
become aware of the problem.  After that every repeat posting or

Partly incorrect.  The parts will be posted, but being as big as
they are it is another matter whether they allways reach every site. 
There have been carefully observed instances of sent parts not

Right, I think, but only as far as Bill (moderator of c.b.i.p) is
concerned.  Take a look at Bill's periodic instructions posting.
