[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] DIAL.ZIP at uwasa.fi

ts@uwasa.fi (Timo Salmi) (01/21/91)

A general uwasa.fi note: If the directory of a file is not given in
the announcement, take a look at /pc/INDEX for the list of files.
Also you may want to take a look at /pc/stash where we occasionally
store files before my fellow moderator Harri Valkama hv@uwasa.fi has
reallocated the files to their proper directories.

The author says about dial.zip

Purpose
To repeatedly dial a list of telephone numbers until one of
them answers by issuing commands for hayes-modems. The dial
process is executed in 'background' so that the user can use
other programs while waiting the dial to complete.

Dial.exe was written using Borland's Turbo C by Jouni Leppajarvi (C)

with it may be used and copied freely on a non-commercial basis. The
program and the documentation are provided 'as is' with no warranty
