[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] Setting PC clock by one of the cesium ones over network?

I have seen several programs that make a call over your modem line to
the US Naval Observatory (say) and set the PC's DOS or real-time clock.
Wel, I don't have a modem, but I am connected to the internet. I can
for example do FTP directly from the PC. SO is there a facility at
one of these time-keeping institutions that will let me communicate
with it over the internet and get the correct time? (preferably without
human intervention)
