If you're looking for a program, look in the index files for SIMTEL20,
chyde, and grape. Odds are very good that one of those thre will have
it. Here's what I found:

% lookup /manifest/i
Programs on wsmr-SIMTEL20.army.mil as of 90-12-16 matching your search criterion
:

Directory PD1:<MSDOS.GNUISH>
MANIFEST.O A 24422 901115 GNU Manifesto (what is GNU?)
Directory PD1:<MSDOS.SYSUTL>
QEMMMENU.ZIP B 29824 901123 Menu shell for QEMM v5.0 and MANIFEST

Instructions on how to get instructions for using the
"lookup" program are given in the Frequently Asked Questions
file for comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc (qv).

Manifest is a product from Quarterdeck (makers of QEMM-386 and QRAM).
My company got Manifest with our purchase of QEMM-386 and QRAM.
If my memory servers me correct, I believe Quarterdeck sells Manifest as a
seperate program.

In a word Manifest is GREAT! Told me more information than I've ever needed
to know about my memory.

Hope this is what you were referring to ...

Try your local computer store or one of the PC "rags". It's a commercial
product put out by Quarterdeck and usually packaged with their popular
QEMM product.
