I have a 286 with 4 meg of ram. What do I use to load things into my memory over one meg. I have tried qmem, but it does not seem to be able to find my memory. (I have configured it as EMS and XMS, but it can't seem to see either of those.) I am using himem.sys (microsoft) and EMS40.sys (PC Mag). I have tried other utilities to load things high, but most of them need the memory at a000, and I have VGA. Please, if you know of anything email me. I am having real trouble trying to get things to run. Also, if you know of any way to increase dos's memory, that would help too. Thanks, and I have read the faq, but can't seem to find anything that helps me.
