	Another appearance: anybody else out there remember the opening
sequence of ``Rollerball''?
	One minor quibble: it's actually in d \\minor//.

Another minor quibble:  There are at least two Toccata and Fugue in D's
(Toccattas and fugues?)  One in D-minor and one in the Dorian mode based on D.
There are also several Preludes and Fugues in D...

This is a pet peeve of mine, ever since I saw a movie soundtrack attribute the 
music to "'Concerto' by Vivaldi".  In case you don't know, Vivaldi wrote
well over six *hundred* concerti.....
