[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] Computer Virus

nyarko@ee.ualberta.ca (David Nyarko) (02/20/91)

A friend's 386SX computer with a Phoenix bios was
infected with the Bloody virus (as indicated by
McAfee's scan v. 72. However after performing
a low level format, the program still indicates
the presence of the virus.
I would be very grateful if anyone could offer
any suggestions to solve this problem.

In reference to my previous posting,
I have used McAfee's clean v. 74b which
has which solved the problem.
