From 76702.1361@CompuServe.COM Mon Feb 25 08:38:13 1991 >No, we knew about all your reports. And go ahead and post the number -- >that's what I'm here for!! > >You won't be getting an update notice -- you'll be getting the update -- >and docs -- for no charge -- to compensate for the delay .... > > Ok everyone. If you want to E-Mail Chip Rabinowitz (the new owner of TCXL) about bug reports or problems you have in the TCXL software, here is his Compu$erve account. Send a message to 76702.1361@CompuServe.COM. He said it takes about 2 hours for it to get on C$ and he reads mail about every hour. The second paragraph above means that registered users of TCXL 5.51 will be getting 5.52 as he says "for no charge". I talked to Chip on the phone and he said that it's been much improved over these intermediary versions. This is the major bug fix until 6.0. Disclaimer: Everything I said above about TCXL are what I paraphrased from the discussion with Chip Rabinowitz. If there is any conflicting information between him and me, then his is the last word.
