[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] Musical Programs.

Does anyone know where one can get a good shareware musical program
for the soundcards (i.e. SoundBlaster/AdLib) that maybe uses the 
staff?  I have Visual Composer, but am really looking for something
that writes on the staff...  I'm not at all musical :> , just interested...
