[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] WANTED: Text/Graphic screen dump to postscript

Looking for a program that will do screen dumps to a postscript printer. TSR
or source code would be nice. It has to be able to do graphics AND text modes.
And maybe even dither the colors to give the illusion of shades on the print
out.
