I propose to add two groups to get some of the stuff out of cbip.d.
These groups would be:
comp.binaries.ibm.pc.wanted
For all the requests for programs and parts thereof
comp.binaries.ibm.pc.ftp
For all the ftp sites to post their list of what they have
online.
This would leave the .d group to actually discuss the binaries which
have beeen or might be posted to cbip.
This was proposed by someone else, but they didn't follow up, and I'm
really sick of sorting through fifty messages a day looking for problems.
