Are there any news readers available for the IBM-PC? If so, are they commercial or public domain and how must the PC be configured to access the news database? I've heard that all I need is the software and a modem but have also heard I need an ethernet connection. Can anyone help clarify this? Judy Smith (smithj@a1.relay.upenn.edu)
