The latest version of MS-Kermit provides VT320 emulation, and TEK4014, with some extra support for colour TEK emulation. It is available from Columbia University. See comp.protocols.kermit for more information. - Kevin Lowey (Lowey@Sask.Usask.CA)

Caveat emptor! In my experience, not even Tek has been very good at faithfully emulating 41xxs on their own hardware. The demos I have seen of 4105 emulation have been pretty good, but I have seen nothing that provides 4107/4109 resolution (that's getting up near the limits of what's possible with a VGA). -- Jeff Carroll carroll@ssc-vax.boeing.com

Is there a publicly available documentation describing the Tek4105? Do Tektronix sell references manuals on these? BTW, qk3* under the directory /kermit/a in watsun.cc.columbia.edu appears to have partial 4100 emulation. >-- >Jeff Carroll >carroll@ssc-vax.boeing.com -- I'd never cry if I did find a blue whale in my soup...
