Does anyone know where I can find a MS-DOS enhanced delete command that works more like the Unix del command. In other words, a delete command that will echo the file(s) your about to delete and maybe even accept Unix-like wildcards (e.g. being able to type "del b*" instead of needed to type "del b*.*")? And while I'm on the subject, is there a DOS enhancement out there that allows MS-DOS to be as flexible with wildcards as Unix is (as in my example above) and would allow use of these wildcards in every type of command. I recently acquired 4DOS but I don't think it has this feature. Can anyone give me some direction? Thanks!!

I must disagree with you, since I have 4DOS and it does all you have just mentioned.
