[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] Calculus program for Hercules Graphics

gottlieb@umbc5.umbc.edu (Robert Gottlieb) (04/20/91)

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knew of an ftp site, or uucp site where
I could get a copy of a calculus program, preferably one that
acts like a tutor and can graph equations, etc., for an Kaypro PC
8088 running with a Monochrome Hercules Graphics Adapter. If
you have it and can email it to me, that would be fine too.
Thanks in advance.

ccalc is quite nice and works fine on Hercules mono. It is available
via anonymous ftp from wuarchive.wustlu.edu as
/mirrors/msdos/calculator/ccalc.zip

I don't know if this helps but 2-3 years ago Addison-Wellesley released
a book-diskette combination produced under the auspices of the American
Society of Mathemeticians. The program fits your description very well
except that it's not free--when I got it, it cost $15.
The name of the program? I'm not sure but I think it might have the
uninspired name Calculus.
