Some kind soul uploaded Elvis 1.4 to Simtel. Therefore it is now available there and at wuarchive.wustl.edu in /mirrors/msdos/editor Directory PD1:<MSDOS.EDITOR> Filename Type Length Date Description ============================================== ELVIS14.ZIP B 113616 910415 ELVIS v1.4, Unix vi-compatible text editor These are the same executables which I submitted to c.b.i.p. and which appeared there a few weeks back. The file sizes and bsd crc's match. This is the best Vi clone which I have found, it supports virtually every (almost) real Vi command you can think of, it's really good.
