I am seeking some public domain OCR software, and I was wondering if any one out there in net-land had heard, or better yet seen any...I was also wondering if anyone could tell me the name of some good commercial stuff (OCR that is). Hello everyone. I have an AT&T Scanner and I am looking for a Shareware/Public-Domain OCR package. This particular scanner only scans to PCX fileformat, but I can convert it to Tiff,Img, etc. Please mail me FTP sites or code. I will summarize findings on net. Thanks in advance.
