All right cartoon fans: We've been referring to the George of the Jungle theme song for a week or so, but can anyone remember the entire song? And what about the theme songs from the other cartoons in that series... Tom Slick and Super Chicken? We are not talking about Chicken Man.. no no no, this is a serious crime fighter who had a lion named Fred as a sidekick. Fred always wore a crew-neck sweatshirt with a backwards letter "F" on it. As I recall, Tom Slick drove a car called the "Thunderbolt Grease-slapper" and modified it for each different type of race he entered. He was always accompanied by his girlfriend and her mother (Gertie?). Anyone recall the theme songs for these cartoon classics? -- Thanks, Bruce Peters AT&T Bell Laboratories Naperville, Ill. ...!ihnp4!ihldt!bnp

The only thing I can recall about Super Chicken cartoons was the hero saying to his lion Fred: "You knew the job was dangerous when you took it, Fred!" Buck, buck, buck, buck, buck, for Super Chicken! To quote the immortal Bill the Cat, "GACK".
