[comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d] looking for FTP->EMAIL server

I believe that there are several sites out there that will access an FTP site
for me and forward the results as UUENCODED email.  Can someone email me the
name/net-address of such a site and the instructions for it?  I have the
address and directory of the FTP site, but need to ask for a directory then ask
for several files.
