I have uploaded to SIMTEL20 the following program which was written
by a ex-coworker of mine. It is a very useful program for doing IC
layout. It requires EGA color to run.

LASI (LAyout System for Individualists)
The LASI CAD System consists of a main program and a set of utility
programs and documentation files. Its main purpose is to do integrated
circuit and device layout on almost any IBM compatible personal
computer. Its simplicity and versatility have made it useful for many
other precision drawing applications, such as hybrids, printed circuit
boards and schematic diagrams. Since it is low cost, if not free, runs
on common hardware and can be translated into other drawing systems
(CALMA stream format), it is ideal for small businesses, universities
and individual designers.
